request Remote Services via this page. Please fill out the
''Request Form'' below to schedule a Remote Services
Appointment. We will notify you via email when your Remote
Services is scheduled. On the day of the appointment we
will call you and request that you return to this page to enter
your 6 digit code (bottom of page) to commence the remote
service. **Please note that Remote Services are
billed at $22.50 per half hour. |
