ADDITIONAL HOURLY RATES
+ Standard Service is based on Standard Business Hours of 9 am to 6 pm M-F
where service is based on first-come, first-serve basis.
+ Emergency Service is based on Standard Business Hours of 9 am to 6 pm M-F
where service is required immediately, regardless of prior appointments. Rate
shall only be applied when prior commitments or appointments exist.
+ After Hours Service is based on Non-Standard Business Hours of 6 pm to 9 am
M-F and weekends where service is required immediately. Rate shall always be
applied for services rendered during these hours.
* Our Standard Payment Terms is NET 30 for Commercial Clients
and Payment Upon Completion for Residential Clients. An Overdue/Late Payment
Charge of $1.75/week is applied to each outstanding invoice not paid within
these payment terms. This charge covers the processing cost (time, stamps,
envelopes and paper) of Overdue/Late Notices. NET 45 and NET 60 terms are
available, upon request, for established and proven clients.
